Air Conditioning Installation White Rock

Pro Ace presents “Ten things to know about AC installation in White Rock.” 1. Pro Ace has made over 80,000 people very happy with some sort of HVAC installation.  We’ve been doing this since 1995.  Gas fireplaces, furnaces, tankless units, boilers and even rooftop units.  Home and office.  All over the Lower Mainland.  2. Pro Ace suggests getting at least two other quotes to compare with ours.  That way you will be sure you are getting the best deal in town.

Air Conditioning Installation White Rock Three More Things

  1. All our quotes are in writing. 4. All work is one hundred percent guaranteed. 5. The benefits of an AC installation in White Rock are many.  Your air cooled comfort zone will alleviate allergies to dust and hay fever.  AC cooled air is filtered before it blows into your rooms.  AC cooled air will also soothe your sinus problems.  Your body will burn less energy and you will sleep better.  You will enjoy every breath you take.  And you will sweat less on those long hot summer days in White Rock.

Air Conditioning Installation White Rock Two Important Things

  1. You should know about refrigerants. Older systems running on R-22 are being phased out.  In the year 2020, R-22 systems will no longer be sold.  And R-22 refrigerants will no longer be available.  An AC system upgrade will use less energy and save on your energy costs (as much as 50%).  7.  You should know what SEER means.  It is the energy usage rating on your AC unit.  Always buy a unit with a SEER number higher than 13.  Pro Ace can advise you whether to install a Trane, Goodman, Carrier, LG, Mitsubishi, Samsung, or Amery Star AC unit.  And all our advice is free and detailed.

Air Conditioning Installation White Rock Two More Things

  1. Pro Ace’s team consists of Red-Sealed refrigerant mechanics. Red Seal is the AC installer badge of competency.  It means the tech is well-versed in all aspects of AC installation, service and repair.  It is the AC industry’s standard of excellence.  9.  The Pro Ace team of AC installers is also client-friendly.  That means they take the time to answer questions, ask about customer concerns, needs and budgets.  They explain how to operate all newly installed units and how to save money on service and repairs.  For the tenth thing, phone Pro Ace and we’ll tell you where to find our many client comments on our intallations.

Some questions you may have

Is it a good idea to close the AC vents in unoccupied rooms?

If you are not getting enough cold air in the rooms you spend the most time in, you should consider replacing your AC unit.  But you can close some of the vents in other rooms to see if it makes a difference.  The best advice here is not to close more than one fifth of the vents in the building.  More than that and the AC unit may begin to struggle.  If your AC unit is not sufficient for the building, it was most likely the wrong unit to install.  At Pro Ace we make some calculations to determine the right AC unit based on the square footage and other factors.

Took advantage of a furnace maintenance program that they were offering and they came and did a fantastic job of cleaning and checking the system for any gas leaks. They were thorough in their cleaning and very nice to work with.
