ProAce Heating & Cooling “Spin to Win & Grand Prize Giveaway” Contest Official Rules & Regulations

1. CONTEST PERIOD

The ProAce Heating and Cooling “Spin to Win & Grand Prize Giveaway” Contest (the “Contest”) begins on October 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM and ends on October 26, 2025, at 6:00 PM (the “Contest Period”). The Contest will take place at the Vancouver Fall Home Show, Vancouver Convention Centre – West Building.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. 
 
To be eligible:

  • Participants must enter in person at the ProAce Heating and Cooling booth during the Vancouver Fall Home Show.
  • Participants may be required to provide proof of attendance (e.g., show ticket, wristband, or proof of entry).
  • Employees of ProAce Heating and Cooling (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to participate.

3. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Contest, participants must:

  1. Visit the ProAce Heating and Cooling booth at the Vancouver Fall Home Show.
  2. Complete the Entry Form with their full name, email address, and phone number. 
  3. Opt-in to receive marketing emails from ProAce Heating and Cooling.
  4. Spin the Prize Wheel for a chance to win an instant prize.

All eligible entries will also be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Draw.

Limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.

4. PRIZES

Instant Spin-to-Win Prizes:

  • Free 1-Piece Maintenance
  • Free 2-Piece Maintenance
  • $2,500 off any Full System Installation
  • $750 off a Single Furnace or Heat Pump
  • 25% off any Repair or Service

Grand Prize:

Winners will choose one of the following:

Option 1:
A 2-night stay at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler including 2-day ski passes for 2 adults.

Option 2:
A Vida Spa gift card plus dinner vouchers for two nights.

The Grand Prize draw will take place on Monday, October 27, 2025. The winner will be notified via email and phone within five (5) business days.

    5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

    • Instant Spin-to-Win prizes are awarded immediately at the booth.
    • The Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries.
    • The selected entrant must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize.
    • The winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner.
    • The Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of attendance at the Vancouver Fall Home Show before awarding any prize.

    6. PRIZE CONDITIONS

      The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,000 CAD, depending on the selected option.

      Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
      If a winner cannot accept the prize as awarded, an alternate winner may be selected.
      All bookings, reservations, and redemptions are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the participating partners (Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Vida Spa, and participating restaurants).
      The Sponsor is not responsible for any travel, transportation, meals, or expenses not expressly included in the prize description.

      7. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES & PUBLICITY RELEASE

      By entering, participants grant ProAce Heating and Cooling a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use their name, city of residence, voice, image, and likeness in connection with promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes. Participants waive the right to inspect or approve materials and acknowledge they will not receive compensation for such use.

      8. CONSENT TO COLLECTION & USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

      By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor for:

      • Administration of the Contest; and
      • Marketing communications regarding ProAce Heating and Cooling products, promotions, and services.

      Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in ProAce Heating and Cooling emails. 

      9. PRIZE SUBSTITUTION

      The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or portion thereof) with another of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion, should circumstances make the original prize unavailable.
