Refund Policy

1) Pro Ace guarantees all installation, repair and maintenance work and will return if necessary until the work is complete without additional charge.

2) All work is performed without any implied refunds.

3) Parts replaced under warranty will be charged to the customer and then refunded to the customer after the supplier reimburses Pro Ace. Handling fees may apply as well as any charges accrued from credit card processing.

4) Cancelations of pre-paid appointments (installation, repair or maintenance calls) must be communicated 24 (twenty-four) hours before the date and time to receive a full refund.
