REFUND POLICY

  • Pro Ace guarantees all installation, repair and maintenance work and will return if necessary until the work is complete without additional charge.
  • All work is performed without any implied refunds.
  • Parts replaced under warranty will be charged to the customer and then refunded to the customer after the supplier reimburses Pro Ace. Handling fees may apply as well as any charges accrued from credit card processing.
  • Cancelations of pre-paid appointments (installation, repair or maintenance calls) must be communicated 24 (twenty-four) hours before the date and time to receive a full refund.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

  • Pro Ace accepts payments with all major credit cards, Debit, Certified Cheques, bank drafts, and cash. For installations, Pro Ace is able to arrange financing.  In some cases, we accept personal cheques.
  • Booking an appointment online requires a credit card deposit. The balance will be deducted from the same credit card once the work is completed.
  • Payments are due upon completion of the work.
  • Commercial and industrial installations require pre-payment for the completed project prior to commencement of the work.
  • For Management or Strat Councils, Pro Ace accepts payments within 30 (thirty) days provided that an open credit card has been submitted and a deposit (maximum $200) has been remitted.

MANUFACTURER’S REBATES AND GOVERNMENT INCENTIVES

It is the sole responsibility of the client (the end user) to apply for any applicable manufacturer’s rebates, government incentives, or other available credits, and to provide the requisite documentation to Pro Ace to receive the rebate, incentive or credit.

 

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES

It is the sole responsibility of the client (the end user) to register the manufacturer’s applicable warranty.

Warranties on all manufacturers’ parts are at the discretion of the manufacturer.  Pro Ace has no involvement in the establishment of the manufacturer’s policies.

 

 

 

PRO ACE WARRANTIES (GUARANTEES)

 

                INSTALLATIONS

                Installation warranties are 1 (one) year from the time of completed installation.

The warranty does not include labor when the problem has resulted from a faulty part from the manufacturer.  Any and all charges returned by the manufacturer will be returned to the client.  It is understood that any charges returned by the manufacturer may be less than what Pro Ace deemed fair under the circumstances and that Pro Ace is not liable to return any difference between what the manufacturer returned and what Pro Ace charged.

                INSTALLATION PERMITS

Pro Ace will apply for all permits required for each installation.  In the event a permit is rejected or requires modifications, Pro Ace will endeavor to make every effort to correct the issue.  Such efforts may require some additional charges and the client will be fully informed about them.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE CALLS

Service and Maintenance calls have a 1 (one) month warranty (guarantee) where any problems were due to Pro Ace’s work.

If the problem was due to the manufacturer’s faulty part, labor charges will apply. Any and all charges returned by the manufacturer will be returned to the client.  It is understood that any charges returned by the manufacturer may be less than what Pro Ace deemed fair under the circumstances and that Pro Ace is not liable to return any difference between what the manufacturer returned and what Pro Ace charged.

                REPAIR CALLS

Repair calls have a 1 (one) month warranty (guaranteed) where any problems were due to Pro Ace’s work.

If the problem was due to the manufacturer’s faulty part, labor charges will apply.  Any and all charges returned by the manufacturer will be returned to the client.  It is understood that any charges returned by the manufacturer may be less than what Pro Ace deemed fair under the circumstances and that Pro Ace is not liable to return any difference between what the manufacturer returned and what Pro Ace charged.

 

WARRANTIES FOR EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY CLIENTS

 

                Warranties for equipment provided by clients will be authorized by Pro Ace on a case-by-case basis.  In the event that said equipment is faulty, additional charges for parts and labor will apply.
