What size window air conditioner do I need?

The first thing to consider is the size of the room you want to cool.  The second is how well your home or office is insulated.  The third thing is the number of windows in the room.  The fourth thing is the square footage of the room.   In most cases, a room less than 150 square feet will require an AC unit rated 5000 BTU.  For every 100 sq. ft. over that, add 1000 BTU.  For example, a 600 sq. ft. room would require an AC unit rated 10,000 BTU.  The best advice is to phone Pro Ace to get free advice about any AC issues or concerns.
