1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to residential homeowners within the service area of Pro Ace Heating & Air Conditioning. Offer applies to owner-occupied residential properties only. Rental properties, commercial properties, vacant properties, and properties located outside the service area are not eligible. 2. Promotion Period: This offer is available for a limited time only. Promotion dates, availability, and participating services are subject to change without notice. All purchase agreements must be signed, and installations completed, within the promotional period to qualify, unless otherwise approved in writing by Pro Ace Heating & Air Conditioning. 3. Offer Details: This promotion provides 10% off the Winterize Your Home Bundle when purchased and professionally installed by Pro Ace Heating & Air Conditioning. The Winterize Your Home Bundle includes heat tracing and a Moen Smart Water Monitor, including standard installation. The bundle is designed to help reduce the risk of frozen pipes and water leaks; however, it does not guarantee the prevention of freezing, water damage, or system failure under all conditions. 4. Installation Requirements: Offer includes standard residential installation only. Site conditions, pipe accessibility, electrical requirements, additional materials, permits, or non-standard installation requirements may result in additional charges and are not included unless explicitly stated in writing by Pro Ace Heating & Air Conditioning. Electrical supply and internet connectivity required for the Moen Smart Water Monitor are the responsibility of the homeowner. 5. Exclusions: This offer cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases or installations. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or incentives unless explicitly stated in writing by Pro Ace Heating & Air Conditioning. Repairs, maintenance services, partial installations, or standalone components outside the Winterize Your Home Bundle do not qualify. 6. Availability: All equipment, products, and installation appointments are subject to availability. Manufacturer supply, weather conditions, scheduling capacity, or site-specific limitations may impact fulfillment. 7. Manufacturer Warranties: The Moen Smart Water Monitor is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to Moen’s terms and conditions. Heat tracing materials are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties where available. Pro Ace Heating & Air Conditioning provides a standard workmanship warranty but makes no additional warranties beyond those expressly stated. 8. Limitation of Liability: Pro Ace Heating & Air Conditioning is not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather events, power outages, internet disruptions, improper homeowner operation, or conditions beyond its control. The Winterize Your Home Bundle is a preventative measure and does not replace routine homeowner monitoring or maintenance. 9. Determination of Eligibility: All installations and promotional eligibility are subject to verification and approval by Pro Ace Heating & Air Conditioning. Installations must meet applicable building codes, safety standards, and site conditions. 10. Changes to Offer: Pro Ace Heating & Air Conditioning reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice. 11.
