Do you need expensive equipment?
All you need is some basic tools: screw drivers, any piece of wire, about one foot long, and any kind of tape. Optional tools might include a multimeter and an electrical tester.

Pro Ace technicians are Red Seal Certified and they also have excellent people skills. They are trained in communicating clear, concise step-by-step instructions that are easy to understand. Each step in the process is double-checked for accuracy. The technician will also answer any questions you might have during the repair process. You have nothing to worry about!
• How safe is the virtual services process?
Safety is our number one concern. Pro Ace has been installing, servicing and repairing HVAC systems for over 24 years and we have never had a safety issue. All instructions are communicated with safety concerns in mind and double-checked to make sure.
• How much does virtual repair cost at Pro Ace Heating and air conditioning?
Our virtual repair service is $89 for one half hour of phone instructions. If parts and required and require a technician’s installation, this will be extra and we will provide you with an estimate verbally and by email.
• Why is the virtual repair service more convenient?
If you are able to repair your furnace (or other HVAC system) over the phone, you will avoid having to make an appointment for a home (or office) visit by a technician, saving you both time and money.
